Below you can read about the standard conditions that apply in the case of returns and the like.

Trading conditions

The conditions below apply to all purchases of goods in the Molly's Heart online shop ( All information (including these terms) in the webshop and in connection with placing the order is in Danish and agreements are concluded in Danish.

Danish legislation determines the conditions for deals entered into in Molly's Hearts webshop, any disputes are settled by the Danish courts.

These trading conditions must be accepted by the customer in connection with placing an order, and will always be available at We encourage our customers to read the terms and conditions carefully.

Ordering products

The final agreement between you and Molly's Heart ApS is considered concluded when Molly's Heart ApS has confirmed the order.

If Molly's Heart ApS is unable to fulfill your order, you will be contacted as soon as possible via e-mail.

You are responsible and bear the risk that the entered customer information is correct, as Molly's Heart ApS does not subsequently validate or check this information.

We reserve the right for out-of-stock items, misprints and any tax changes.

Prices and payment

The applicable price is the one indicated on the day of the order in our webshop next to the item in question. All stated prices are incl. VAT (currently 25%). We reserve the right to change prices with immediate effect.

Shipping costs are not included in the price.

For every order of goods in, an amount will be added to cover shipping costs, unless otherwise stated (e.g. that we offer free shipping in connection with a campaign). The shipping costs will appear from the order overview, which the buyer approves before final ordering, as well as from the order confirmation sent per email after acceptance of the purchase.

Molly's Heart ApS accepts payment with MobilePay, VISA-Dankort, MasterCard, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

The amount will only be debited from your account when we send the order.

Molly's Heart ApS encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with Quick Pay.

Confirmation of purchase

Once you have submitted your payment information and accepted the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation per e-mail.


Molly's Heart ApS has made an agreement with suitable distribution companies to deliver the order to the stated delivery address. It is an advantage and will ensure faster delivery if packages can also be received at the stated delivery address during the day.

We usually ship the order within 2-5 working days after your order has been confirmed.

Since Molly's Heart ApS cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, we cannot state with certainty when the order will be delivered to the stated delivery address.

We currently deliver in Denmark (not in Greenland and the Faroe Islands).

Right of withdrawal

According to the Consumer Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for the goods you buy from, calculated from the day they are received. If you regret a purchase, you must return the goods in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received them. The packaging forms a significant part of the product as a whole. Missing or damaged original packaging will result in the item not being considered returned in essentially the same condition and quantity.

The right of withdrawal expires if the item has been used, as this will result in a reduction in the value of the item.

If you make use of the right of withdrawal, it is you as the customer who bears the costs of sending the item back to Molly's Heart ApS. When the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price (excluding shipping) is transferred to your account/credit card as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after receipt. In order to ensure as fast an expedition as possible, you must enclose the delivery note you received with the delivery or the confirmation you received when placing the order. If you do not want to have the amount refunded to your credit card, you must state which bank account you want the amount deposited into.

You can also cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item upon delivery.

Regardless of how you use the right of cancellation, you are the one who covers the shipping costs to our address.

Right of complaint

In accordance with the Sales Act, you have 24 months' right to complain about the goods you buy from This means, depending on the individual situation, that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced. This of course assumes that the complaint is justified and that the defect or damage did not arise as a result of incorrect use or other harmful behaviour. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect/damage. If you complain within two months of the defect/damage being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

You must always contact us at if you have a complaint about goods purchased in our webshop. You must state what your complaint is about, as well as send photo documentation and a copy of your invoice. We will then agree on the practical aspects of your complaint.

The delivery note/receipt/voucher that came with the item when you received it, or the order confirmation you received when ordering, must be attached when returning.

Processing of personal data - GDPR

Molly's Heart ApS is subject to the Data Protection Regulation, which regulates all processing of personal data in the EU. Molly's Heart ApS is to be considered the data controller for the information registered about customers and visitors at By purchasing on our webshop, you accept our policy on the protection of your personal data.

Molly's Heart ApS collects information about you in various ways in connection with your use of our webshop. The guidelines below describe in more detail the type of information we collect, how we process this data, and who you can contact if you have questions or comments about our guidelines.

How do we protect your personal data?

It is important to Molly's Heart ApS that your personal information is stored securely and confidentially. Access to all registered customer data in our webshop is limited to trusted employees at Molly's Heart ApS, and our security measures are checked continuously to determine whether information about our users is handled properly and while still taking into account the customer's rights.

Unfortunately, however, it is not possible to guarantee 100% security for data transfers via the Internet. When data is sent and stored electronically, there is always a risk that others may gain unauthorized access to protected data before it reaches our server. So, although Molly's Heart ApS tries to protect your personal information in the best way, we cannot ensure or guarantee its security.

What information do we collect?

Molly's Heart ApS collects information about our customers in two ways: Through 'cookies' (read our cookie policy here (link)) and through registration in our webshop.

The purpose of collecting personal information about you as a customer is to be able to send you newsletters (if you wish), invite you to participate in competitions, events etc. and to make it easier for you to use our webshop when re-ordering. The information we store is primarily information such as e-mail, name and address.

When purchasing in our webshop, Molly's Heart ApS asks for your name, address, phone number and e-mail address, which are necessary to execute the order and which are used exclusively for processing the order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form for 5 years.

You can optionally have your e-mail address added to a mailing list at Molly's Heart ApS, so that you can regularly receive news and other information from Molly's Heart ApS. You can register and unsubscribe from this service at any time and at no cost.

Who do we share the personal data with?

When you register in our webshop or otherwise provide information, Molly's Heart ApS will under no circumstances pass on or sell information that can be linked to identifiable individuals to third parties without your explicit permission. Just like log files and other standard information, they are also not passed on to third parties.

Change of guidelines

The rapid development of the Internet may make changes in our processing of private information necessary. Molly's Heart ApS therefore reserves the right to continuously update and change the guidelines in this document. When we do that, we also correct the date (last updated) at the top of the document. In the event of significant changes, Molly's Heart ApS will notify you by placing a notice in a prominent place on our webshop.
