Natural-coloured handwoven laundry basket with lid

This natural-coloured laundry basket with lid is handwoven in Senegal. Use it for laundry or for storing blankets, cushions, and toys.

Sizes

XL: approx. 85-90 cm high with lid, 48 cm in diameter
Large: approx. 75-80 cm with lid and 45 cm in diameter
Medium: approx. 65-70 cm with lid and 35 cm in diameter
Small: approx. 50-55 cm with lid and 25 cm in diameter

Materials and origin

The basket is woven from natural fibres and plastic strips. It is made by women in the Thiès region of Senegal. Colour, shape, and weave may vary slightly from basket to basket.

How to care for the basket

Wipe it with a dry or slightly damp cloth, and let it dry completely. Store the basket in a dry place.
