Handmade in Senegal under fair conditions. Each basket is unique and handwoven by skilled women.

Large: approx. 75–77 cm including the lid, 50–55 cm without the lid and 48–50 cm in diameter
Medium: approx. 58–60 cm including the lid, 40–42 cm without the lid and 40 cm in diameter
Small: approx. 46–48 cm including the lid, 25 cm without the lid and 31–33 cm in diameter

About the basket:
This basket is handwoven by women in Senegal and combines function, quality and simple design. It can be used as a laundry basket or to store blankets, cushions, toys and other household items. Each basket has its own colour pattern.

Handmade and unique:
All baskets are handwoven and may therefore vary slightly in size and appearance. This is part of their charm and makes every basket special.

The story behind the basket:
The baskets are woven by women in the Thiès region of Senegal. Their craft gives them an opportunity to earn an income and help support their families.
