Bolga basket with handle – pink

A pink Bolga basket with a handle, handwoven in Bolgatanga in northern Ghana. Use the basket for shopping, knitting, or small items you want to keep together and easily carry.

Material and sizes

The basket is woven from elephant grass. The handcraft results in small variations in colour, shape, and measurements.

• Medium: approx. 26–28 cm in diameter and 20 cm high without handle.
• Large: approx. 37–40 cm in diameter and 25 cm high without handle.

How do I care for and shape the basket?

Wipe the basket with a lightly damp cloth. If the basket has changed shape, you can lightly dampen it with lukewarm water, gently reshape it, and let it dry completely.
