A handwoven basket with a flat lid for laundry, blankets and everyday storage. The basket can also be used as a small side table or bedside table.

Dimensions and material

  • Approx. 56 cm high including the lid and 53 cm in diameter.
  • Woven from elephant grass and fibres from the leaves of the Bismarck palm.

Craftsmanship from Senegal

The basket is woven by women in the Thiès region. Small variations in shape and measurements give each basket its own character.
